Deposit of half required up front. No exceptions.

Tributes prices are not subject to negotiation. If you ask to negotiate price I will refuse a session.

If you need to cancel for any reason the deadline to do so is one week (7 days) before the scheduled appointment.

Otherwise deposit is NOT refundable. No exceptions.

Tributes are subject to change at any time.

I will be filming all of the sessions for content for my websites. If you want to be filmed but wish to cover your face you can do so with a mask.

If you don't wish to be filmed then I will respect that as well. It's not required but appreciated.

If you do want to be filmed then I will give you a copy of the pics/video for you to view for personal viewing.

Any content is not to be resold. I still own the rights to all of the content.

You will also need to sign model release forms and provide me with a valid copy of your drivers license or state ID for my records.
