So I get woken up by my mother in law saying we have no water. Sure enough pipes are frozen. I can’t flush my toilet which is filling up with piss and shit. I am very frustrated

I’m not too pleased with my landlord. I haven’t been for the past year. Yesterday we ran out of oil. The wasn’t on all day and as the day went on it got colder as it has been VERY cold out at night in the single digits. That’s the second time in less than a month we ran out of oil. We watch the guy fill the tank and it takes him all of 5 minutes if that. It takes a lot longer than that to fill an oil tank.

We should have water by 9 or 10 pm tonight but that’s no guarantee. Good thing I have some small bottles of spring water so I can brush my teeth and at least wash up a little. Hate not having working water at my disposal. Good thing I have nowhere to go today however I have a friend coming in from out of town for a couple weeks. Not sure if she left yet or if she’s still in bed.

Tomorrow night I supposed to go out for more bowling. This should be interesting. Six lanes of us. I won’t be surprised if we get kicked out. LOL Should be fun but can also mean unforseen drama. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

Will be interesting to see how the rest of the day goes. My landlord is here again. ::sigh::

UPDATE: Landlord leaves and awhile later water starts going on shortly after a gushing sound. first floor is flooded out and 2nd floor is flooding out where the pipe burst. Now my mother in law calls the fire department and the landlord tells them that there’s a plumber coming so it should be fixed shortly. Just my luck. As soon as the water starts flowing regular again a damn pipe bursts and now no water again until that’s fixed. ::sigh:: I think I will take a sleeping pill and go back to bed for the rest of the day.

All I know is I BETTER have water by tonight so I can shower.
