I finally got my laptop back. They were so quick about it. The turn around time was amazing. They replaced the screen, my two broke USB ports, plus my arrow key was busted off, they even gave me a new keyboard and fixed the latch that was kinda broke and worked half assed.

My laptop looks brand new. I am really excited because I was lost without it.

Now I have to reinstall a bunch of stuff and I’ll be just fine again. You don’t realize how much you really depend on something until you don’t have it. I do 80% of my work from my laptop including but not limited to private cam shows, video production & editing, photo editing and lots more.

Just glad to have my baby back..
